If you have the Option Pack you should be able to use this feature. Log in and click on 'Check Chat Contacts.' This will take you to your Contact List. If you wish to invite one of your 'Contacts' to chat, certain conditions need to be met:

• You must both have the Option Pack.
• You must each be on the other's Contact List.
• You must both be online at the same time.

Once you click on the blue Chat icon, an invitation will be sent to that person and it will open the Chat window. (If the other member is not online when you want to chat, a message will be sent that says you want to chat and to get in touch with you to arrange a time.) If the other person accepts your invitation to chat, the Chat window will say they have 'entered the room'. Then you can start typing your message into the field at the bottom of the Chat window and hit the [Enter] key on your keyboard to send it.
